Terms & Conditions

Tour Programmes

Sometimes events out of our control, such as flights being delayed or the weather changing abruptly may occur. In such cases, our tour guide may change the tour programme according to the conditions. However, the tour programme will not be diminished. The tour guide may modify the tour programme according to circumstances, without affecting the value of the tour or the number of sightseeing spots. It will only create the benefits of the guests.
 

Tour Cost

Tour costs are all quoted in US dollars net per person. It includes all accommodation based on two persons sharing one twin bedroom, full board at confirmed hotels and restaurants, internal transfers and transportation, excursions, entrance fees and guide fees. In the case of something outside of our control happening we will transfer to an equivalent hotel or restaurant.

We will arrange the best available accommodation in remote areas where there is no first-class accommodation. First-class tour costs will be quoted with first-class hotels, Standard tour costs with Standard hotels and economy tour costs with economy hotels.

Tour costs do not include extra meals, optional tours and other extra charges due to flight cancellation. We do not claim responsibility for cases of force mejure or acts of God.
 

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are calculated from the date of receipt of written confirmation. Cancellation fees are as follows:

1. For 15 days prior to arrival, 10% of the total cost shall be deducted.
2. For 7-14 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total cost shall be deducted.
3. For less than 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total cost shall be deducted.


Refunds

After the commencement of travel, no refund either in full or in part will be given for unused services included in the programme, unless it is directly caused by Baron Travels & Tours Co., Ltd.

Responsibilities

Baron Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. acts as intermediary, with airlines, hotels and transport and local tourist offices concerned. We do not take any responsibilities for losses, injuries or damages caused by a reason or fault of any person or by the company engaged in carrying out the process of these programmes. We do not claim responsibility for cases of force mejure or acts of God.

Airport Tax

Any passenger departing Myanmar on International flight will need to pay a departure tax of US$ 10:00.
